In this role, you will be required to

  • Evaluate the impact of new requirements related to the end client, associated applications, systems, and processes
  • Monitoring the operation of workplace systems including mobile devices and printers 
  • Collaborate in projects with our preferred suppliers and internal customers
  • Handle administrative functions including user account
  • Installing, maintaining and servicing endpoint hardware, software portfolio as well as further developing Work-place and Event IT
  • Create/update instructions/checklists, user support as well as advise on workplace ergonomics
  • Control, operate and optimize help/service desk (single point of contact)
  • Release- and Change-Management
  • Operation, optimization of IT Service Management environment and create reports for it
  • Run quality management of the solution and system
  • Plan and support AO events with IT support
  • Responsible for video and web conferencing systems
  • Leading the employees of the team
  • Budget responsibility for the area

To master this challenge, you have

  • Ideally a higher degree in information technology or comparable education
  • Minimum 3 years team leadership experience
  • Tech Skills: fundamental IT skills, especially in Windows client OS and the Microsoft ecosystem as well with Apple mobile devices
  • In-depth knowledge of client infrastructure management and operations
  • Advantageously experience and certifications/accreditation for other systems
  • Agile mindset and in-depth knowledge of IT standards, architectures, methods, and practices
  • Creative, supportive and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and business analysis skills; detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently
  • The willingness to actively shape the digital transformation and are open-minded towards new technologies
  • Problem solving, decision making and excellent organizational skills
  • Profound knowledge in MS Office 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, German is a plus
