In our Community Development team we are currently having a Project Manager Community Data Management and Reporting position that focuses on re-building and developing our reporting systems along with improvement of underlying data and data-management processes.
You will be an integral part of this process with various interfaces within the AO including end users of data and reports but also working closely with our internal IT department in order to implement changes and improvements.

Reporting
- Develop and build relevant reports & analytics. This would include reports within membership, fellowship, and faculty data but also reports for new and future programs within the AO.
- The aim of the new reports is to lead to an improved understanding of our underlying business and core activities, which in turn should lead to an improved decision making.
Data management
- Along with improved reporting, we need to ensure that the underlying data is correct and available for analytics to ensure smooth and secure maintenance of data.
- A major area of responsibility would be to contribute to Salesforce data quality improvement projects to ensure high data quality, accuracy, integration, and security.
- A second area of responsibility would be support and contribute of data cleaning activities for Community Development relevant IT systems and solutions.
- The position would entail daily data management and maintenance of current Community Development programs and systems, which would include membership, fellowship, and faculty data but would also include other future developed programs within the AO.
- Finally, there is general support on projects that are directed to enhance Community Development programs’ relevant IT systems and solutions.
- The main interfaces would be both end users of the reports (i.e., other AO departments) but also external support to build up the internal capabilities within the area of reporting and analytics.
To maste this challenge you have:
Educational requirements
- BSc or MSc in relevant field (Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent)
- Salesforce certification (desired)
Job experience
- Proven record of professional experience in CRMs data management in the field of Med-Tech, medical associations, or equivalent (2-3 years)
- Proven experience in working with Salesforce, Sitecore, ERP systems, or similar
- Proven experience in managing (IT) projects in collaboration with different internal stakeholders (without direct reporting line)

- Ability to prioritize work plans and handle multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines and sudden changes

- High IT affinity
Language skills
- Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional languages would be an asset.
