Senior HR Business Partner

In this role you are responsible for:

Business partnering:

  • Advisory to line managers on all people-related and managerial topics
  • Contribution to workforce planning, translating the strategy into recruiting needs
  • Oversight of development and training needs identification
  • Advisory on performance management & appraisal processes
  • Contribution to the definition of talent & succession planning
  • Resolving of escalated, complex, employee-relations issues

 

Recruiting:

  • Planning, implementation and coordination of recruitment agenda in your scope
  • Management of end-to-end recruiting for all types of hires (junior, experienced) including screening, interviews and offer
  • Contribution to employer branding strategy and partnerships

 

You will have the HR Business Partner responsibility for the defined units within your scope.

  • Fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus

 

Qualification:

  • BSc or MSc in human resources management, business administration, law or equivalent
  • 7-10 years of HR business partnering
