In this role, you are required to
• Provide operational and administrative support of all activities in scope.
• Setup and maintain activities in the event management system.
• Manage Faculty and Participants for assigned educational events and other activities.
• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements throughout the entire process.
• Financial tasks like budgeting, issuing and processing customer and supplier invoices.
• Facilitate the coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
• Follow up reporting and closing event for final reconciliation.
