  • Fluent in German, excellent written and spoken English
  • Proficient in the use of IT tools such as MS Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook)


Education and work experience

  • Degree in human resources
  • Experience in a multicultural environment

In this role you are required to:

Employee requests

  • Monitor ticketing system, ensure unassigned tickets are assigned 
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding issues and problems related to the employee lifecycle at the AO 
  • Escalating and referring inquiries and complex cases to HR Business Partnering, HR Expertise or Systems 
  • Understanding and communicating HR processes and policies and assisting employees with the use of self-service transactions as appropriate 

 

HR Transactions and Operations

  • Provide transactional support for HR processes with a focus on:
  • Recruitment: supporting the recruitment process (including scheduling and administration).
  • Employee Data Management: Management and maintenance of employee data
  • Systems: First level support / system support for functional requests for PeopleDoc and Swiss+.
