AO Global Networks (GN) comprises our clinical specialties of trauma, spine, craniomaxillofacial, veterinary and reconstructive surgery, facilitating the effective sharing of functional best practice and expertise across our clinical areas. We develop world-leading experts through our best-in-class educational events and state-of-the-art research, enabling us to respond to changing clinical needs and improve patient outcomes.

In this role you are required to:

  • Manage and represent single point of contact for a Network Development Commission
  • Develop and implement network strategy
  • Responsible for growth of AO network (known users: members & registered users
  • Direct, initiate and oversee all analog and digital initiatives and programs aimed at attracting and retaining more members to the AO, according to strategy
  • Initiate and supervise membership and member attraction and retention programs
  • Update benefit portfolio, according to strategic targets
  • Initiate roadmap and annual plans for upstream marketing and communication of unit in coordination with peers, subordinates, superior and marcom
  • Observe and analyze network markets; evaluate benchmarks
  • Manage consistent and comprehensive, cross-divisional digital strategy
  • Ensure compatibility with general AO IT strategy
  • Supervise and warrant responsive and efficient membership administration and support
  • Establish, manage and continuously control budget and warrant to remain within boundaries
  • Effectively collaborate with superiors, peers and subordinates
  • Lead and manage a team

Education:

  • University degree / MBA

  • Project management skills. Self-driven and proactive personality
  • Strong coaching and facilitations skills. Diplomacy, good English skills, willingness to travel
  • Motivator & team leader. Must have team management experience and strong interpersonal skills
