Senior Project Manager Education Programs & Formats

In this role you will be required to

  • Conceptualization, development and operations of the AO Spine Global Diploma Online Training Program and Exam 
  • Project lifecycle management, maintenance and improvement including quality control and evaluation of new technologies 
  • Manage the Project Governance including documentation and meetings  
  • Keep the project aligned with the AO Foundation global education strategy and goals
  • Manage the project financial planning and budget  
  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with other AO Foundation teams and unit
  • Design, implement and maintain a contract policy for international collaborations with partner institutions
  • Manage vendors and suppliers 


Content Creation:

  • Manage groups of international surgeons to develop global effective, engaging learning and assessment experience 
  • Coordinate the creation of the Exam, including MCQs and Case Studies, evaluation of platforms needed and validation process



  • Coordinate the implementation and delivery on the learning management system and the assessment platforms. 
  • Evaluate and execute the accreditation processes 
  • Coordinate the faculty and examiners management and training 
  • Coordinate with the marketing department the international recruitment strategy and promotional plans 
  • Oversee the participant's recruitment process and management 
  • Analyze the learning and performance data to optimize its effectiveness

To master this challenge you have

  • A university degree and at least ten years of professional experience
  • Outstanding project and stakeholders' management skills
  • Experience in managing budgets for complex projects and enjoy financial planning
  • Fluent business English and excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of educational product development, assessment and/or adult education 
  • Willingness and ability to work with multicultural teams of volunteers
  • A self-driven, self-confident, proactive, team-player approach
