Project Description

AO Access is the program through which the AO conducts its diversity, inclusion, and mentoring programs and contributes to positive culture change. The benefits of diversity in the workplace have been proven in productivity, innovation, and financial success. We want to continue to support and expand these efforts with your support in the AO Access program.


In this role, you will be required to

  • Support and coordinate the AO Access Mentorship Program independently (communication with mentors and mentees, manages the software, and all technical and content related aspects, reporting, data analysis) in coordination with the Senior Program Manager Diversity, Inclusion and Mentorship
  • Be responsible for the set-up and all aspects related to Totara (the AO's learning management system) for all AO Access related eLearning programs
  • Support and assist AO Access Senior PM with all administrative and content related tasks 
  • Prepare support material (PowerPoint, supporting documentation, etc) for all AO Access related activities 
  • Create statistics for AO Access related projects such as the Mentorship Program
  • Coordinate and publish promotional, communication and marketing related content

  • Good knowledge of diversity, equity and inclusion and a keen interest in mentorship and its benefits
  • Excellent English knowledge (written and spoken)
  • Higher Education „Fachausweis“
  • Qualified professional know how and behaviour
  • Project coordination management skills
  • Service and people orientation
  • Good communication skills and knowledge of internet-based forms of communication
  • Good use of Microsoft Suite Programs and affinity for web based applications
