To master this challenge you have:

In this role you are required to:

In general: 

  • Support the implementation of initiatives developed by the central cross functions (Network Development, Marketing)
  • Coordinate the input provision from the region into the respective cross functions
  • Help to develop regional / local ideas and concepts to allow grass-root innovation (e.g. network development, marketing)
  • Close collaboration with Education Events & Relations Event Owners


In specific:

Network Development:

  • Provide operational support to Study Clubs and Spine Centers Club in your region
  • Coordinate and support communication strategy in coordination with Marketing and C&E
  • Coordinate and control Fellowship and Observership programs across all specialties in line with the newly developed approach
  • Provide support to Reference centers and fellows across all specialties in your region
  • Manage LATAM Fellowship and Reference Center´s web portal
  • Establish regular updates of the fellowship program and centers to respective governance bodies based on guidance



  • Coordinate the Communication Calendar
  • Implement Social Media strategies
  • Coordinate Marketing Actions for all activities and networks in the region
  • Implement marketing actions for all activities and networks in the region (supported by globally provided toolkits/templates)
  • Provide Support Key Congress in the region
