In this role you will be responsible for

Finance System Administration:

Subject Matter Expert and system administrator for the finance systems maintenance, development and integrations (mainly EPM system)
Data governance and Master Data management for Finance systems and correct execution of data maintenance for any changes (e.g. organization or accounting changes)
Finance system user access governance and maintenance of access rights
Annual planning process support by managing the required preparations and activities in EPM system
Finance systems end-user support and training

Operational Finance Topics:

Development and building of AO standard reports reflecting the Finance and Business requirements
Support the monthly and year-end closing processes and reporting by managing the required preparation and activities in the financial systems
IC reconciliations and month-end checks
Management of the annual ICS review and documentation

Projects & Continuous Improvement:

Driving Finance system related projects and changes to successful conclusion
Continuous Finance system and functionality improvement

To master this challenge, you have

A BSc or MSc in Finance, Business administration, IT or similar
Proven experience in Finance system implementation and administration (min. 3-5 years)
To strive for excellence and strong motivation to continuously add value to AO
An analytical, solution-focused approach, the ability to collaborate and communicate well with others and work cross-functionally across the organization
Proven experience with Finance system implementation and strong knowledge of financial systems administration
Good understanding of data structures, data flows and integrations technologies
Solid understanding of accounting, controlling and key Finance processes
Knowledge and experience in project management and strong analytical skills
A highly organized, independent and proactive way of working
To be reliable, fully committed to deadlines and detail oriented, while able to understand and see the big picture
Experience in EPM systems (OneStream or similar)
To be fluent in written and verbal English, German is preferred, other languages are a plus
