Werden Sie Teil des Facility Management-Teams

Als Teil der Support Units der AO unterstützt Operations die täglichen Aktivitäten und Prozesse der AO Foundation, einschliesslich Procurement und Facility Management.

Hauptaufgaben

 

  • Gewährleistung eines gepflegten Erscheinungsbildes und einer sauberen Umgebung rund um den AO Campus
  • Gartenpflege und Wartungsarbeiten an den Aussenanlagen
  • Diverse Reparaturarbeiten an den Gebäuden und der Haustechnik
  • Wartung und Pflege der Geschäftsautos, des Gabelhubstaplers und der Schneeräumungsmaschinen
  • Verwaltung und Wartung der Schliessanlage
  • Sicherstellung des Brandschutzes, einschliesslich der Brandmeldeanlage
  • Koordination mit externen Sicherheitsdiensten
  • Organisation und Durchführung interner Umzüge
  • Auf- und Abbau der Vorkehrungen für Winterbetrieb und Schneeräumung

Anforderungen

 

  • Ausbildung im technischen Sektor, mehrere Jahre Berufspraxis und vorzugsweise Erfahrung oder Ausbildung als Hauswart:in
  • IT-Anwendungskenntnisse
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Selbstständige, exakte Arbeitsweise und gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Ausreichende mündliche Englischkenntnisse, um täglich mit anderen Mitarbeitenden in Englisch zu kommunizieren
  • Lösungsorientiertheit und Aufgeschlossenheit für die Anliegen und Wünsche der Mitarbeitenden
  • Fahrausweis Kategorie B
