As part of the AO’s support units, our IT department offers information technology services to maintain and oversee computer infrastructure across the AO Foundation.

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in the planning and preparation of all steering and management meetings between Head IT and the respective external IT Partners
  • Assist the head IT and the IT line managers in maintaining all repositories and documentations up-to-date that relate to managing the external IT Partners
  • Collaborate in all the steps in the process of Partner Mgmt, together with procurement and IT, during the meetings with external IT Partners
  • Assist the heat IT and the IT Partner Mgmt Responsible in maintaining and extending the related process documentation

Main Requirements

 

  • Bachelor level or similar in commercial or business administration scopes
  • Good organizational skills and dedication to highly prepared meetings
  • Business understanding, especially when dealing with suppliers and partners
  • High interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external partners, with ability to well represent the company and the IT department
  • Good skills related to understanding contractual agreements
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and orally
  • This is a temporary role (6-9 months)
