Main Responsibilities
Coordination of all aspects of the fellowship program:
- Daily management of the fellowship program, including serve as the primary point of contact for fellows throughout their fellowship experience, providing guidance and support
- Application process for the fellowship program, including facilitating the placement process and monitoring the budget
- Using Fellowship management system and Salesforce as business tools
Community Development program operations:
- Support the coordination and administration of community-related programs and activities.
- Assist members and internal stakeholders with operational, administrative, and platform-related requests.
- Provide general administrative and organizational support to community and program leads (including AO Access)
Main Requirements
- BSc or Higher Education „Fachausweis“ in relevant field (Information Technology, Management or Business)
- Salesforce certification (desired)
- Excellent project coordination with a proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach to managing schedules, resources, and documentation to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of project tasks
- Strong service and people orientation
- Effective collaboration within the team, mutual support, and open communication to optimize processes and ensure program success
- Excellent knowledge of English and German. Knowledge of additional languages would be an asset
