In this role you will be required to
- Provide operational and administrative support of all activities in scope
- Setup and maintain activities in the event management system
- Manage Faculty and Participants for assigned educational events and other activities
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements throughout the entire process
- Financial tasks like budgeting, issuing and processing customer and supplier invoices
- Facilitate the coordination between internal and external stakeholders
- Follow up reporting and closing event for final reconciliation
