Short Description

 

The HR Operations team currently consists of 4 team members and takes care of the various concerns of all employees along the HR lifecycle at all our national and international offices. To strengthen our team and continue to provide high quality and quantity services, we are looking for your support!

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Ensuring the smooth handling of administrative processes within the entire HR life cycle (excluding recruiting)
  • Ensuring data maintenance and system management using HR ERP systems
  • Ensuring inquiry management for employees on all administrative topics
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and labor law requirements as well as internal guidelines, regulations and directives
  • Supporting and deputizing for team members
  • Active participation in the continuous optimization of HR services and processes

Job Requirements

 

  • Basic commercial education and further education in personnel management or comparable education
  • Several years of experience in a comparable HR function
  • In-depth system knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and UKG PeopleDoc and very good MS Office skills
  • In-depth understanding of digital workflows and their dependencies
  • Curiosity and high IT affinity paired with the willingness to recognize and implement optimization potential
  • High willingness to provide service and enjoy working in a team
  • Reliability, a strong focus on detail and adherence to deadlines 
  • German language skills at native speaker level
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Location: Zizers or Davos
