Short Description
Due to the retirement, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated IT professional to join our IT Support team in Zizers. If you have a passion for troubleshooting, strong communication skills and a desire to provide excellent IT support, we want to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure first-level support for users via phone, email, and on-site for software and hardware issues.
- Install and set up hardware for end-users.
- Document and track all support requests in our ticketing system.
- Maintain and update user documentation and the knowledge base.
- Provide support for internal training courses and events.
- Collaborate on internal IT projects as needed.
- Occasional travel to support our offices in Zurich and Davos.
Main Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical support role in IT.
- Diploma in IT
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Client OS, M365 E5, and iOS/MacOS.
- User-oriented and service-minded approach.
- Experience with Atlassian Tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good written and spoken proficiency in English and German is a must.
- Willingness to travel, primarily within Switzerland (Zizers/Zürich/Davos).
