Our Community & Governance department is fostering a global and diverse AO community in the clinical specialties of trauma, spine, craniomaxillofacial, veterinary and reconstructive surgery. It consists of three main areas: Community Development, Marketing, and management of leading AO Specialty Boards.

Short Description

 

We are looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of our paid campaigns during a maternity leave cover (1-year contract).
This role focuses on planning, running, and optimizing our campaigns across multiple platforms. You will work closely with marketing and content teams and have full responsibility for campaign performance.

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, and LinkedIn 
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on data 
  • Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend 
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (content team, SEO and Analytics) and Product Owners
  • Report on results and provide clear recommendations 

Main Requirements

 

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta and LinkedIn advertising (agency or in-house)
  • Clear understanding of campaign tracking, KPIs, and optimization 
  • Structured way of working and ability to manage multiple projects 
  • Confidence working with data and making decisions based on it
